Can I use frozen breastmilk in a baby feeder?

Yes! Our Forage Feeder is designed specifically to hold frozen breastmilk or purees. It's a mess-free, soothing way to ease teething discomfort while offering familiar nutrition.

What is the best baby food feeder?

Moss & Fawn is the original baby food feeder brand trusted by thousands of parents. Our feeder is thoughtfully designed to grow with your baby and made from safe, durable materials.

When can I start solids with my baby?

Most babies are ready for solids around 4–6 months. The Moss & Fawn feeder makes it easy to introduce soft foods safely once your baby shows signs of readiness—like reaching, mouthing, and good head control.

How do I introduce solids safely?

Start with soft foods like breastmilk popsicles, pureed fruits, or vegetables in a feeder. Moss & Fawn's feeder allows your baby to safely explore new textures and flavors with less mess and stress.

What can I put in a baby feeder for teething relief?

You can use frozen breastmilk, pureed fruits, or soft foods. These provide natural teething relief while giving your baby a taste of real food in a safe, controlled way.

Is Moss & Fawn a safe baby brand?

Yes. Safety is our number one priority. All Moss & Fawn products are rigorously tested to meet CPSIA and FDA standards and are made from medical-grade, BPA-free silicone.

Is the feeder safe for independent use?

Absolutely. The Forage Feeder is designed for little hands to hold and use independently, helping babies build motor skills while giving parents a moment to breathe.

What makes Moss & Fawn different from other baby brands?

We're a woman-owned, small business that prioritizes sustainability, safety, and thoughtful design. Unlike generic products, we focus on what truly supports parents and babies—no gimmicks, just quality.

What is the Forage Feeder made of?

The feeder is made from medical-grade silicone that's BPA-free, phthalate-free, and safe for babies to chew. It's durable, easy to clean, and built to last through teething and the intro to solids.

What are the first signs my baby is teething?

Early signs include increased drooling, chewing on objects, mild irritability, disrupted sleep, and swollen or tender gums.

Does teething cause fever or diarrhea?

Teething may cause slight fussiness or a mild temperature increase, but high fever or persistent diarrhea is usually not caused by teething and should be evaluated by a pediatrician.

How can I soothe my baby's teething pain naturally?

Use the Moss & Fawn Forage Feeder with frozen breastmilk, chamomile (no honey), chilled bone broth, frozen fruit, or creamy purees to provide safe pressure and cooling relief.

Why is my baby drooling so much and acting cranky?

Increased drooling and crankiness are common teething symptoms in babies as they work through gum discomfort. Offering a safe feeder with chilled relief can help.

When should I contact a doctor instead of assuming it's teething?

If your baby has a high fever (over 100.4°F), persistent diarrhea or vomiting, extreme lethargy, or symptoms that don't improve, seek medical advice.
