Order Confirmation
– Immediately after placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from hello@mossandfawn.com.
– Please review it carefully; it includes your order number and items ordered. -
Order Changes & Cancellations
– To request a change or cancellation, email hello@mossandfawn.com within 24 hours of your order placement.
– Once your order enters the “processing” or “shipping” stage, we cannot modify or cancel it. -
Payment
– We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Pay.
– All orders shipped to a Utah address will incur applicable state and local sales tax.
Shipping

Domestic (U.S.)
– Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more.
– Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). This is not transit time.
– After hand-off to USPS, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, but is subject to USPS handling. -
International
– Flat-rate shipping of $30 per order.
– Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. -
Risk of Loss
– Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you when we deliver your package to the carrier.
– If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS (or your local carrier) first. We aren’t responsible for lost-in-transit packages once scanned as delivered.
Returns, Exchanges & Exceptions
Because our products touch the mouth and cannot be sterilized by us, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot restock used items for sanitary reasons.
However, we stand behind every item we sell. If you receive:

A defective product, or

The wrong item, or

An item that arrived damaged in transit

A photo of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
We will, at our option, replace the item free of charge or issue store credit.
