All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept major credit cards and Amazon Pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars, exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, and Utah sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Utah addresses. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.

4. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Detailed policies are set out on our Orders & Returns page. Because our products contact the mouth, all sales are final, save for defective, incorrect, or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

You and Moss & Fawn both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. The arbitration will take place in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here and—we’ll send an email notice to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.


11. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms (for example, in connection with a merger or sale). You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations without our prior written consent.


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government orders, or utility failures.
